Curiato hosts quarterly Community of Practice sessions focused on sharing best practice within the realm of medical technology and creating new knowledge to advance health care. Below, you will find the Community of Practice reports which are available for download. Each report provides a summary of the session, a link to the recording, and useful resources. Check back regularly to find the newest one added every quarter.  Our next Community of Practice will look at data collection on pressure injuries and how it can lead to improved outcomes.

In this fourth Community of Practice on Innovations in Pressure Injuries, Dr. Kim LeBlanc & Dr. Kevin Woo guided the group through the aspirations for the new Canadian Pressure Injury Advisory Panel (CPIAP).

Pressure injuries in spinal cord injury populations - September 2020

In this second Community of Practice on Innovations in Pressure Injuries, Dr. Teague guided the group through the subject of her PhD thesis, Surgical repair of pelvic pressure injuries in persons with spinal cord
injury: cost, case identification, health care utilization and risk factors
for complications.
